Originally a grocery occupying three shop fronts, later a hairdressers’ shop. The narrow terraced frontage and deep plan entailed complex issues of planning, access, circulation, day lighting and ventilation. Having overcome the intricacies of its modern plan, the practice now consists of four modern dental surgeries, reception, decontamination room and basement plant room.
